How long have you been in the industry?

Abu Dhabi Real Estate? 5 years.

Which areas do you specialise in?

I’m a Sales Specialist in Al Raha Beach.

Why did you decide to become a real estate agent?

I’ve always had passion for property and real estate so for anything from construction to the selling points, to be able to help people finding the home they want and to be part of that process is something really satisfying to me.

How would you describe the current property market?

The current property market is one that is showing signs of maturity. At the moment, Abu Dhabi and UAE have always been a great place to invest, for net returns on investments. Your returns would be from 6% to 8% which is still better that most places in the world. Also there’s more protection from the municipality and the government towards the buyers so people are more happy to purchase.

Tell me about your big achievement? Last month’s big sale(s)

Last month I closed three sales. They’re all two bedrooms, that was on the back of two sales that I did in November to investors so it shows that the market is strong for both sides, for investors and end-users.

How do you tailor your approach so you set yourself apart?

I tailor my approach by having product knowledge, this is what sets me apart from other real estate brokers. I speak to the clients, I meet them, I find out what they need and I make sure that I find the properties for my clients.

Any words of advise for someone looking to sell their property in Abu Dhabi?

Sure, give me a call 😉 Seriously I would use Property Finder to find similar properties such as yours, to find out what the market price is, to speak to the broker who is advertising, to find out how long the property has been on the market and much interest there is, if you want to have an independent evaluation done then get it done. Get as much knowledge as you can and then you can make an educated decision.

What’s your best-negotiating tip?

Never make a decision in a hurry!

What’s your favourite thing to do on your days off?

Either cooking or playing golf! Playing golf is fantastic, you get to be outside and you get to meet so many people, whether it’s just for social or business.

If you didn’t work in real estate, what career would you pursue?

I would have loved to be a professional golfer but I think I’ve left it too late. So Tiger can now relax 😉

Give me a hot deal! I’m sure that’s provident to most agents.
