Things to Do

The park features various recreational activities for the whole family, entertaining kids and adults alike. It includes basketball courts, football courts, a climbing wall, a shaded playground, some fountains and other water features to keep kids entertained.

1. Stunning Artwork

Aldar Properties partnered with Abu Dhabi Art 2019, commissioning local-based artists to create unique art pieces throughout the park. Art lovers will enjoy the views of the colourful flooring and incredible motifs on the staircase, playground and walls. The place is Instgramable, and you can take cool pictures there for memories!

2. Canal Walk 

The Canal Walk is an open space with a sizable natural lawn, gorgeously crafted doors, and an artificial canal on both sides. Visitors can enjoy a stroll around the park and explore the roads nearby.

3. Reem Island Skatepark

At the heart of the park, between two bridges, is where you will find the Reem Island Skate Park. This area has several obstacles that are appropriate for scooters and roller skates, as well as artificial lawns. So, whether you are a professional skater or just starting, it is a great place to stop by.

4. Beach Walk 

The Beach Walk, a sandy area close to the water, is a great location for walks, building sandcastles, or simply relaxing and gazing at the nearby mangroves. There is also a beach volleyball set up where you can watch players all afternoon or participate yourself.

5. Restaurants

After a long day at the park, you can enjoy a nice meal at one of the many eateries and food trucks that serve different cuisines. You will find them at the centre of the park with nearby seating areas.
