Mr. Ali Theeban is the CEO and Investment advisor of the Emirati "Emerald Hills Real Estate and Green Site Contracting"
Mr. Ali is a B Sc graduate in Electrical Engineering specializing in Solar & Renewable energy from Louisiana Tech University, USA. He worked six years for a Major Oil & Gas company in UAE three years in Germany & one year in UK where he was involved in the design, procurement and handover of key projects. He had been a major support for last 21 years to the Military's Maintenance and Logistics as Workshops and Logistics Commanding key position.
He owns a few premium properties as an investor in UAE. He identified a market opportunity due to the lack of transparency and information missed by brokers when they are negotiating real estate transactions with the investor/client. Mr. Ali’s mission is to open an Emirati startup as real estate brokerage to guide and bring more transparency in the UAE Real Estate market with his experience and understanding of investment.
