About me
I am an Afghan national who was born and raised in Jeddah, and I moved to Dubai to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance at the American University. I have now lived in the city for almost twelve years. With one and a half years of real estate experience across both off-plan and secondary markets, I focus primarily on projects by major developers such as Emaar and Omniyat. My background includes serving as a strategic advisor at the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, where I worked closely with international investors and UHNW clients. This experience strengthened my understanding of portfolio planning, market analysis, and long-term wealth creation, which guides the way I support clients today.
I believe in offering clear, honest, and well-informed advice to help buyers and sellers make confident decisions that fit their goals. Working with investors and homebuyers, I prioritise transparency and careful analysis to ensure they secure opportunities that match their financial objectives and lifestyle needs. Outside of real estate, I enjoy Jiu-Jitsu, horse riding, and kickboxing. I also spend time learning about psychology and human behaviour. These interests help me stay balanced, focused, and better equipped to understand and support the clients I work with.
