About me
Dervla joined Knight Frank as an Intern in 2021, during her final semester of her Masters Degree in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot-Watt University which she pursued in both the Edinburgh and Dubai campus. She attained her MSc in Real Estate which was awarded with distinction. She returned to the team as a Graduate Surveyor in 2022.
During her tenure in the Dubai office, Dervla has worked predominantly within the office and retail commercial agency sectors, assisting with a number of acquisition and disposal mandates from a variety of international and local companies.
Dervla has experience in dealing with a variety of industry specific freezones such as DIFC, having relationships with both the governing authorities and landlords within the jurisdiction. Acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants, Dervla has successfully assisted the team with several transactions within the office and retail sectors.
