It can only damage your reputation for the long run. Need to inspect the property thoroughly and make an appropriate decision. Able to adept negotiations, as the mediator between the buyer and the seller, able to be a productive real estate agent at all cost . To be able to evaluate the properties accurately. Knowledgeable in market conditions, and be able to come up with precise estimates keeping in mind, the size, amenities and location of the property. Showcasing the property is an evitable part of my job ,and as a good agent ,I always deliver a good sales pitch, and must be earnest enough to convince a skeptical buyer , without annoyingly pushy.
