I've have work as a leasing agent since 2015, and i find it so rewarding, handling and meeting different kinds of people enable me to enhance my professional skills. I am familiar in describing the benefits of residency, amenities, & talk about potential concerns, such as proximity to the highway.
I expertise includes rental/leasing properties, negotiate competitive rental price between tenants and landlords, gives complete and appropriate advise and guidance to meet customers housing requirements in Abu Dhabi. It is important for me to meet my clients requirements and expectations, as well as maintain a good business relationship with the landlords/owners of the properties. For i strongly believe that its is important to build strong relationship in every transaction i have made.
