Nicolaas Badenhorst moved to Dubai in 2020 and has been in Dubai real estate ever since. Moving from South Africa where he worked as a Site Manager for 9 years, for one of South Africa’s largest construction companies.
Nicolaas has been involved in hundreds of transactions across Dubai. He has learnt from this that listening to his clients’ needs is the most important part of matching them to the right property and meeting owners face to face is the best part of earning trust for someone to handle your pride and joy.
