Hi, I’m Bhel, and I currently work as the receptionist at Mazid business Center Facilities Management. In my role, I proudly serve as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors. Whether someone is calling for assistance, walking into the building for a meeting, or simply passing through the front desk, I believe that the first impression truly matters—and I strive every day to make sure it’s a positive one.
My responsibilities are quite dynamic, which is one of the things I enjoy most about this role. I handle a high volume of incoming phone calls on a daily basis, addressing a wide range of inquiries and making sure each call is properly routed to the correct person or department. Communication is a big part of what I do, and I always aim to be clear, helpful, and efficient—whether I’m speaking with a tenant who needs support or a client reaching out for information.
In addition to managing phone traffic and front desk operations, I also handle various administrative and customer service tasks. A big part of my role involves supporting tenants with their concerns related to their office spaces. I make sure that any issues they report—whether it's maintenance, cleaning, or general inquiries—are addressed promptly by the appropriate team, and that updates are communicated clearly and professionally. I act as a bridge between the tenants, building management, and service teams, helping to ensure that everyone stays informed and that solutions are delivered smoothly.
When clients or guests visit the building, I do my best to make them feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether it’s guiding them to the right floor, providing relevant information, or simply greeting them with a smile, I want every visitor to leave with a positive impression of both our team and the organization as a whole.
Beyond the reception area, I also play a role in helping to maintain the overall condition and atmosphere of the building. I regularly monitor the appearance and cleanliness of shared spaces and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure everything stays in top shape. I believe a clean and professional environment says a lot about a company, and I take pride in contributing to that.
What I love most about this position is the balance it offers. I get to interact with people constantly, while also handling behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the workplace running smoothly. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset—and I enjoy rising to that challenge every day.
To me, being a receptionist is about more than just answering phones or greeting people. It’s about creating a warm, efficient, and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors or reaches out for help. I take that responsibility seriously, and I’m proud to be someone others can rely on for support, information, and connection.
