I serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts and long-stay guests, actively managing reservations, negotiating rates, and customizing accommodation packages tailored to client needs. By maintaining a deep understanding of the hospitality market and evolving client expectations, I provide strategic recommendations and value-driven solutions to optimize guest satisfaction and occupancy rates.
In addition to securing new business, I focus on nurturing long-term client relationships by offering continuous support, sharing relevant property updates, and identifying new opportunities that align with their accommodation requirements. I work collaboratively with internal departments—including operations, front office, and revenue management—to ensure client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
