About me
Olga joined Knight Frank as a Graduate Surveyor in 2021, shortly after qualifying from the University College of Estate Management with an MSc Real Estate, which was awarded with distinction.
During her tenure in the Dubai office, Olga has worked predominantly within the office and retail sectors, leading a number of acquisition and disposal mandates from a variety of international and local companies.
Acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants, Olga has successfully negotiated and concluded several transactions within the office sector.
Working closely with retailers, Olga has lead a number of space acquisition projects where, based on the specific needs of the client, she has searched for suitable premises across the UAE and provided strategic advice covering the location, situation, layout, customer base, revenue potential and commercial terms.
