About me
Priya Stern is an Associate Director at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2009, she joined a well-known London estate agents, Foxtons, where she exceeded consistently her targets and became one of the top negotiators in the Dubai Marina area. By having achieved the highest transactions every week, Priya gained quickly the status “Rare Negotiator,” which opened the door to deal with high-end portfolios and clients, such as British celebrities. With her successful first year in real estate, she was approached by a Dubai-based property agency. Priya was assigned with Dubai Marina as her first area in the Dubai property market and, after weeks of thorough training, became her area of expertise. Because of her outstanding performance, ERE HOMES approached her to be one of its pioneers. After two years, Priya advanced to Leasing Director. Following the acquisition of ERE HOMES by Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016.
