Setting goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules, and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation items are among their key responsibilities. She also oversees the employment process for a company or organization, including recruiting, interviewing, and employing new employees. She assists CEOs in connecting with employees, developing an employer brand, increasing employee engagement, and developing strategic talent resource plans.
