Jumeirah 1 stretches between the coast and Al Wasl Road, offering excellent access to the rest of the city. It’s just a short drive to Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and Dubai World Trade Centre. There are no metro stations within Jumeirah 1, however, the nearest ones are Emirates Towers Metro Station and Financial Centre Metro Station, reachable in about a 15-minute’s drive.


Jumeirah 1 is well-served by multiple RTA bus routes that run along Jumeirah Beach Road and Al Wasl Road, connecting residents to metro stations, malls, and public beaches. Bus routes 9, 88, 93, and X28, among others pass by Jumeirah 1.
