Pet friendly, quiet place, and nice neighborhood. Accessible by public transport, convenient if you have your own car. Aside from the traffic during rush hours along Hessa Street and lack of exit. I cannot complain more

I have been here for the last 5 years, I can say that I love this place, lots of park, a mall and lots of branded supermarket. Aside from the infamous Hessa Street and lack of exit I cannot complain more.

I've stayed in this building in 2018. Very quiet place to live. There is a small park nearby. There was no traffic inside JLT, however there were a lot of traffic on Hessa street during rush hours. We had some issues with pest control, but it was resolved by the landlord.
