R S.3 parks, a pool and very quiet with no construction. Many speedbumps to get here, though! Its one of the older gated communities in Dubai but they seem to have been built well

Tom D.All thinks considered, I love living here. I was concerned it was going to be a little far-out from the "main" part of Dubai but, in truth, I never really felt any pain because of this. In fact, using the 311 you can get to Downtown perhaps faster than you would if you lived in springs, for example. Our landlord is fantastic and pays for a maintenance contract with 2 annual services of the ageing AC so no issues there. Occasional noisy-neighbours but most people are very civilised and friendly with each other.
