One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

There is no community like this anywhere close to downtown. Great place for children, seniors to spend time. Self contained with all amenities.
Have been living here for 4 years now. Very unique, convenient, centrally located. Property management can be better but otherwise no complains.
They should provide free parking space for visitors
This is a safe and secure building ideal for those working in the downtown and business bay area
You really have it all at Executive Towers. Besides the shops and restaurants in the podium and ground level, you have a combinatiopn of families and young adults in the building making for a nice mix of people.
