Business Bay is located next to Downtown Dubai along the Dubai Water Canal. It’s bordered by two major highways, Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44), which makes commuting by car convenient.

The Dubai Canal is often filled with people walking or cycling, making it great for an active lifestyle. The nightlife is quite vibrant here as well, with plenty of fine-dining restaurants, hotels, and clubs.
Business Bay Attractions & Things to Do
One of the most popular attractions in Business Bay is La Perle by Dragone, Dubai’s permanent show. The mastermind behind it was Franco Dragone, the theatre director who worked with Cirque du Soleil. La Perle is located in V Hotel at Al Habtoor City. Dubai’s pearl-diving history inspires it and it displays impressive acrobatics, stunts, and choreography with a cast of 65 performers.
Another iconic attraction in Business Bay is the Dubai Canal. This man-made project features a 3.2 km promenade that overlooks Dubai’s stunning skyscrapers and has restaurants, hotels, luxury homes, and walking and cycling paths.
Business Bay Dubai is rich in amenities, with everything you could need within reach. You’ll find schools, nurseries, pharmacies, supermarkets, clinics, and beauty salons all around you.
I loved living in this tower, the house was spacious and the view is unforgettable. It is also in a great location, you can go to Dubai mall, downtown and canal walking. However, what made me want to leave the tower is it's maintenance, super poor maintenance and poor building management, they don't even bother cleaning the AC until you get a leakage which happens multiple times during the year and that's just one example
This was one of my favourite homes in Dubai. Great location, just 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall and you can enjoy great walks by the canal. From the pool and bbq area you can enjoy great Burj Khalifa views. This is a Damac property, hence the finishing of the building is impeccable. Lobby and common areas are very elegant and well maintained.
The building location is amazing.. Access to any part of town is very easy almost never get into traffic. Great connection with AlKhail Road and over Business bay bridge 7 min to Jumeirah. Pool is amazing, and there is kids pool as well. Views on the Burj Kalifa side are amazing.. Noise tends to be very bad as there is barbeque area that is always full of young people and loud music, Al Khail side has is loud due to the road underneath.
Tower is along the Dubai Water canal and quick accessibility to Alkahil road and very near to Down Town Dubai. Building has good amenities, well maintained building with lowest service fee.
Great location, close to most attractions and businesses. Great access to highways traveling both north or south. Friendly staff. Liked the pool area and the view of the Burj Khalifa. Great double glazed windows, we couldnt hear the traffic at all. Guest parking could be improved a little.
the building has everything Great views of Burj Khalifa. The canal views are superb To the side window you have the wild life sanctuary. At night the city view is amazing . the communal pool and BBQ areas are a major plus.
Business Bay is a great area for tourists due to its central location and proximity to popular attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Moreover, it has a metro station, which makes commuting easy for tourists. There are also lots of hotels here, which give tourists plenty of accommodation options.
