Pros: - Diversity in culture = food and retail convenience - Many malls around - Excellent public transportation and walkability (Metro and plenty of bus stops) - Low cost of living Cons: - Parking nightmare if you own a car - High noise levels from people and vehicles - Super crowded, high density of people - Aging public areas (sidewalks and alleys) - Lack of greenery

HibaThe street is just a few steps away and the noises come through windows. Most of the nearby buildings make parties till 4 AM which is not a good experience. Gym equipment is poor and no pool is provided. The building is suitable for families and children.

R P.For me, living in Al Ghurair Building is so much covenient because the building is very clean, nice environment, easy access to all especially metro, malls as well as supermarkets and most of all a friendly security guards and building staffs. In addition, maintenance so fast if ever we got a problem it will fix right away because they have their own application that you can complain whatever issue in the apartment or building premises. Finally, I would say living in Al Ghurair Building is truly amazing.

Anil K.Worst experience with Alghurair properties, Such a pathetic management, Once u become Tenant then u are on your own, No one is there to respond ur calls and mails, staff of alghurair properties is totally shameless , they will never respond u, everytime concerned person is not available, at the time of exit they will charge unnessary things that will be deducted in ur security deposit, and finally you will be following for ur remaining money which they will never give u ...one of the worst experience, I will never recommend Alghurair properties to anyone..
