Burj Daman

We've been living in the building for last 4 years. It's decent building, already would need some refurbishment to be done. Traffic is increasingly chaotic around DIFC and parking situation gets worse day by day. One of the most annoying things has been the constant increase in noise levels year after year. That's the main reason why we decided to move out. Traffic noise combined with loud music from different venues around DIFC gets very noisy in the nighttime.

I have been living in Burj Daman since 2021. We are a family of four with two very young children. It is one of the best residential buildings in the area with excellent facilities. The gym (with a squash court) and pool are fabulous. I have not seen a better kids play area in any residential building in Dubai. There is a small lawn/park and a mosque as well for residents. Some great restaurants and cafes in the building itself as it is connected to Waldorf Astoria. Of course the proximity to the DIFC main area and Gate Avenue mall is a huge plus. The balconies of almost all apartments are huge, maybe a bit too big given we can't step out during summer and the space could have been used to make some of the rooms bigger. Guest parking is an issue and is expensive. There have been noise issues from Arts Club at night. All in all an excellent place to live in. We are very happy to be living here.
