We bought here two years ago. Overall, I can't say enough good things about it. The apartment is so well located that I can walk to all of my meetings in DIFC (even in the summertime, thanks to the new land bridge). The apartments themselves are beautiful, with great finishings, amazing views, and a lot of space. Yes, there is some serious traffic at rush hour, but that's true with most of Dubai. But the staff and community are very good, and I love having my friends and family over for dinner here. Plus, with a Spinney's, gym, and pool right downstairs, I rarely need to leave.
This is by far the best building i lived in my 9 years in Dubai. Nice neighborhood, access to everything but not too much that you still have peace. This is our home.
Over the last 18 months we have experienced nothing but noise from apartments being refurbished, 3 on our floor at the same time and 2 two floors below. Constant calls to security to get the work stopped outside of permitted hours - i other words the managing agents and FM company are pretty useless. They also seem to turn off lifts often with only one running during the day and even at weekends. The main pool has been closed for 10 months now and whilst some works have been started there is no end in sight. The recent rains highlighted the fact that none of the curtain walling has been properly sealed with water cascading down the inside of apartment windows. Moving out when my lease expires - can no longer recommend the building or the management.
Amazing building we r living here for the last 5 yrs . Started in Studio, now in the 2 BR. duplex. We couldn’t leave the building going anywhere else. Quality, Space, convenience & Location
I bought an apartment 4 years ago, and I am super happy with all the aspects, finishing, maintenance, facilities. I will recommend it to people who are working in DIFC or Downtown, This is a perfect place to be happy.
The noise from the bar steadily increases from 10 pm each evening culminating in a crescendo around 3am. Despite numerous complaints from residents of both Central Park and Index Tower to the building management, Dubai Tourism, the Bar Owners and the Police - nothing has been done. I would not recommend any apartments facing directly or indirectly onto Emirates Financial Towers.
