The building is well-maintained, it’s closer to metro and tram so a good option for those who prefer public transport. I have been living here for the past 6 months, so far I haven’t had any issues. The maintained team is responsive.

The views of marina from the building are outstanding. The building has everything- proximity to metro & tram, easy exit to SZR, close to amazing restaurants on marina walk. Building staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Building is top notch and stands out from any other diamond buildings

View! View! View!!! and location! location! location!. Not many can match what this building has to offer in terms of well maintained building with exceptional views and one of the best locations in marina with easy exits to sheikh payed road and elsewhere.
