The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

I stayed in this apartment during my spring break for two weeks in May. The apartment has everything you could ask for and is located in one of the best areas in Dubai: In 3 minutes (walking distance) you reach the Walk Marina; in only 10 minutes you are on the beach and the Walk JBR. You have access to the Metro and Tram and can easily go to other attractions. The apartment itself is furnished very nicely and has everything you may need. It’s quite and you are not being disturbed by traffic and or loud neighbours. All in all I can only recommend a stay in this apartment and Iam looking forward for my next stay!

Before you take an apartment here spend a good few hours listening to the windows. There is an issue with them and they bang throughout the day and night due to heat expansion and contraction.

There are fatal issues in this building especially tower A , the windows glass is making popping noise all the day long because of sun and it will take you months to get used of it I’m not sure why such poor material is used also the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors easily most of the time

Excellent location in the middle of the marina. Next to marina mall, this residence has two gyms, supermarket and restaurants all around. It also has an access to the marina walk which quite convenient. Sheikh Zayed is easy to access but you re not annoyed by its noise. Maintenance and security are good.

Great pool, great gym, awesome location close to tram/metro, beach, clubs, mall and more. The guest parking is a minor issue as you get free parking right next to the building :). It does lack a nursery/play area for children because of which I had a hard time with my visiting nephew. The building is well maintaned and the facilities are up to the mark. I would definately recommend.

The best things about this building are the view and the location. I have a full marina view and a partial sea view. It's also less than 5 minutes away from Marina Mall and the tram/metro, and short walk to JBR and the beach. The exit to Sheikh Zayed Road is close with not much traffic. No traffic or construction noise. The gym is a bit small though. The pool is nice and has great views. The building is overall well managed and I would recommend it.
