The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Trident buildings are known for their quality finishes and high end materials. This one is not an exception. It is perfectly located next to the SZR exit, so traffic is never an issue. Plenty of restaurants, shops around. Willow nursery is 7 mins walk for people with kids. There are only 72 apartments in the building which makes using all facilities such as squash court, gym, sauna, pool, hamam and jacuzzi very easy as they are practically always empty. Building staff is friendly and it is well maintained and managed. There is marina view from most of apartments. Great place which is hard to leave once you come here.
