1. Pool doesn't work 2. Open parking, only one basement parking 3. Maintenance very poor, perpetual AC failures (AC 4. Pest issues 5. Lower floors very noisy specially near Garbage Chute 6. Agents and Owner's not very helpful as they need to work on the Service Charge margins. 7. Traffic is huge if you travel out from 7-8.30 am

After my family arrived in Dubai I moved to this building in 5th floor super clean always nice and wide parking spaces friendly maintenance staff and security. separate pool for children on rooftop beside big pool. good gym and table tennis table available
