Over all the building it good to live. Been living here for 2 years now, also I have noticed some recent developments in terms of improving the quality of the building. Management of the building is bit slow and they need a push being the developer of the building. Security staff is pretty much proactive and response to all inquiries for the complains. Swimming pool is in nice condition however we are struggling a bit with building management to improve gym, many of the machines in gym are old and also not functional. Never faced any problems in terms of traffic because there are many ways of approaching the building from Mohammad Bin Zayed Road.

This building is located in an excellent location in Dubai Sports City adjacent to Victory Heights with good access to Sheikh Mohammed Road to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Mall of the Emirates being only 10 mins drive away. This is a budget tower and family friendly with 2 air conditioned rooms for children to play during the summer months!
