Heritage is a distinguished residential villa cluster within the master-planned Jumeirah Park community in Dubai. Developed by Nakheel, Heritage was completed in the early 2010s and features a collection of spacious, freehold villas inspired by French architectural themes. Set amidst landscaped parks and tranquil streets, Heritage offers three- and four-bedroom villas designed for family living, with generous plot sizes and private gardens. The community is renowned for its serene suburban atmosphere, proximity to key Dubai destinations, and a lifestyle that balances privacy with access to modern amenities.
Heritage stands out for its elegant French-inspired architecture, lush landscaping, and a comprehensive suite of amenities designed for comfortable family living. The community is ideal for those seeking a peaceful environment with easy access to urban conveniences.
Heritage is located within Jumeirah Park, a sought-after residential district in the heart of Dubai. The community is bordered by Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Garn Al Sabkha Street (D59), providing direct connectivity to Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, and other major business and leisure hubs. The area is characterized by wide, tree-lined streets, landscaped parks, and a family-friendly ambiance, making it a preferred choice for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing urban access. Heritage is well-connected for both private and public transport. Residents enjoy easy access to major highways, while public transport options—including metro and bus stations—are within a short drive, ensuring convenient commutes across Dubai.
Each villa in Heritage features a private, covered garage with space for two vehicles. Additional parking is available on the villa’s driveway, and visitor parking is generally accommodated along the community’s wide internal roads. The low-density design ensures ample parking for both residents and guests.
Heritage exclusively offers three- and four-bedroom villas, each designed for spacious family living. Villas feature generous plot sizes, private gardens, and multiple terraces or balconies. Interiors are characterized by open-plan layouts, high ceilings, and large windows that maximize natural light. Kitchens are typically semi-open or closed, with modern cabinetry and quality finishes. The community is ideal for families, professionals, and investors seeking a premium suburban address with a blend of privacy and connectivity.
The four-bedroom villas in Heritage are the epitome of luxury suburban living, with built-up areas typically ranging from 4,300 to 4,800 sq. ft. Layouts include expansive living and dining areas, a family lounge, and a maid’s room. Each villa features a private garden, covered terrace, and balconies off the bedrooms. Kitchens are spacious and often closed, with high-end fittings. All bedrooms are ensuite, and the master suite includes a walk-in closet and a large bathroom. Villas also offer ample storage, laundry facilities, and covered parking for two cars.

I’ve lived in Jumeirah Park for the past 8 years and it has honestly been one of the best communities I’ve experienced in Dubai. The neighbourhood feels very friendly and inclusive. There are lots of community events organised for kids around holidays like Christmas, Diwali and Halloween, outdoor movie nights and other activities that bring families together. Location-wise, it’s extremely convenient. Jumeirah Islands Pavilion is only about a 5-minute drive away and has some fantastic restaurants and cafés by the lake. The JP Pavilion is just about 3 km away and covers most day to day needs. Springs Souk and Meadows Souk are also very close by, with great restaurants, a cinema, Spinneys, Carrefour, Fitness First, Warehouse Gym, pet stores and pharmacies - so most of the time you really don’t need to go far for anything. We’re also very close to JBR, Bluewaters, Dubai Marina and JLT, which makes it easy to enjoy beach days, restaurants and nightlife outside but not far away from the community. Connectivity to other areas is not too bad either - Media City, the Palm, JLT and JVT are all an easy drive away. The only small downside is that the metro isn’t within walking distance. The closest station is DMCC in JLT, so it usually requires a quick taxi or drop-off. Overall, Jumeirah Park for me is a really nice balance of being peaceful, green and family-oriented while still being close to some of the city’s best areas.
