Location, Lifestyle and Amenities

Jumeirah Park is located behind Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), bordering Jumeirah Islands, The Springs, and The Meadows. It lies between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). This strategic location gives residents quick access to nearby areas such as JLT, The Meadows, and Dubai Marina. There is no metro station directly within Jumeirah Park. However, the DMCC Metro Station on the Red Line (located in JLT) is the closest option, roughly 10 minutes away by car. You can connect to major areas like Dubai Marina, Downtown, and DIFC. Jumeirah Park is not directly served by a major RTA bus route. Residents typically rely on private vehicles, taxis, or ride-hailing services. The nearby bus stops in JLT and The Meadows can be accessed by car, but public transport isn’t the most convenient option here. All villas in Jumeirah Park come with covered private parking, usually for two cars. There is additional street parking available in front of homes and around the pavilions. Visitors can park in designated public areas near the community centers, but availability may be limited during peak hours.

What Residents say about Jumeirah Park

Mehak M.

I’ve lived in Jumeirah Park for the past 8 years and it has honestly been one of the best communities I’ve experienced in Dubai. The neighbourhood feels very friendly and inclusive. There are lots of community events organised for kids around holidays like Christmas, Diwali and Halloween, outdoor movie nights and other activities that bring families together. Location-wise, it’s extremely convenient. Jumeirah Islands Pavilion is only about a 5-minute drive away and has some fantastic restaurants and cafés by the lake. The JP Pavilion is just about 3 km away and covers most day to day needs. Springs Souk and Meadows Souk are also very close by, with great restaurants, a cinema, Spinneys, Carrefour, Fitness First, Warehouse Gym, pet stores and pharmacies - so most of the time you really don’t need to go far for anything. We’re also very close to JBR, Bluewaters, Dubai Marina and JLT, which makes it easy to enjoy beach days, restaurants and nightlife outside but not far away from the community. Connectivity to other areas is not too bad either - Media City, the Palm, JLT and JVT are all an easy drive away. The only small downside is that the metro isn’t within walking distance. The closest station is DMCC in JLT, so it usually requires a quick taxi or drop-off. Overall, Jumeirah Park for me is a really nice balance of being peaceful, green and family-oriented while still being close to some of the city’s best areas.

The front door/lobby area is a mess with a leftover from each apartment, some styling could be done and more rules in the staircase areas should be implemented, such as no garbage kept outside the door in public areas, etc.
