Jumeirah Islands is really the most beautiful residential luxury project on land in Dubai surrounded by lakes and parks. Excellent access and exit to Sheikh Zayed Road. Beautiful layout of the villa. Corner villa is the best Entertainment Foyer design with a larger plot. No problems for guests parking. Our Jumeirah Islands club is a 5 stars facility with restaurant, gym facing the lake and landscaping. Also, we have a supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants, a beauty salon. Walking in the parking paths in nature with my dogs or jogging is a daily pleasure. Security patrol also during night is continuos.

Lake Terrace is right on-top of the metro and surrounded by high-quality amenities. It could benefit from expanding and updating the gyms/fitness centre but otherwise I think it's one of the best buildings in JLT.

Briefly the apartments are good sizes and layouts. Most offering good views. The facilities are very good, nice pool suitable for actual swimming , sufficient loungers, kids pool and play area. Gym could be more equipped but enough. Lifts are very slow sometimes, often waiting upto 5mins. The biggest issue with the building is the property management team. Their processes are arduous and you are require do fill in surveys or provide access what seems like a weekly basis!

Friendliness, facilities and location. I wouldn't change anything. It's close to everything I want and need, has a 24hr convenience store on the doorstep and always a taxi outside...

Not the ideal choice considering its jn JLT. Expectedmuch better service from the building. Tiger properties manages the building but not the best. Guess dmcc needs to do something to ensure the quality.
