I am unsatisfied with the building management. Stratum needs to change everything in their management in order to change the buildings they are handling. A lot of sharing apartments. A lot of noise coming from common areas, security guards poorly speak English. Swimming pool is not the best one- best at night, not the best during the day. Gym equipment constantly under repair- which is a good thing (they are fixing it). Service elevator still have ceiling damaged.

This is an excellent property by Emaar, supermarket is just under the building l, it’s walking distance to souk Al Babar and Dubai fountains, swimming pool is really good in size and surrounding.

I lived in Tower 2 in a two-bedroom apartment for three years. It's in a great area to live with family, and the building is well-maintained. I loved the swimming pool - it's the best.

Building is not new, but old is gold. Very greatly located 10 min walk to Dubai mall, metro and executive towers shopping center. Nursery, Barber/ grocery /pharmacy all available. Maintenance team is great- they come and they always assist and advice. Pool, gym and changing rooms under the renovation. Building is very clean and management always doing pest control and regular inspections in time . Very family oriented, pet friendly and very safe with 24/7 security guards. Plus there is always Concierge at the reception and they are very helpful. neighborhood is great . Construction is on, but they are not that noisy- normal , once it finished it will certainly add great value to the building and community in general. Great building .

Prime location, recreational facilities are great. However, the apartments are in very poor condition. Emaar should take heed and improve many things. Windows and doors need to be soundproof, or they should allow you to change that in upgrades. Emaar should also be more flexibile regarding personal closure of balconies. The pipe work from above apartments are a mess and cause many major issues! There’s awful stenches coming through drains and vents. They’ve increased the service charges but the refuse room is not cleaned on a daily basis. Corridors/walkways show water damage in the walls and are also not cleaned often enough. So overall, you’re paying for location.
