Beautiful view if you are facing spring and hills communities! Very family friendly environment! Love dining experience downstairs! Greek restaurant one of the best! A big advantage carefour jut few steps away! Gym and pool are lucking it's beauty however you can use hotel amenities if you are resident of Armada!

Mohammad S.The Aramad Tower has all the advantages of living in JLT. It is only 15 15-minute walk to the Sobha metro station. Pet friendly area, with plenty of greenery. Great place for children as there is a big park close by. There are several retail shops and two big supermarkets in the cluster, Viva and Carrefour. The building has 6 fast elevators so there is minimum of delays in the lobby.

R O.Excellent building with good amenities. You pay extra for the gym and hotel pool with excellent maintenance. Apartment quality depends on landlords but mine is excellent, you don’t have such large and bright apartments across JLT. The other reviews make little sense, long Time resident here.
