Emirates Hills is an upscale gated community that’s among the most luxurious in Dubai, taking after the popular Beverly Hills in the USA. Similarly, it’s home to celebrities, politicians, and businessmen, making it one of the city’s most exclusive neighborhoods and one of the best places to buy luxury villas in Dubai.
It's known for the massive 18-hole Montgomerie golf course, which has most of the community’s properties overlooking its beauty. Another major hotspot is the 36-hole Emirates Golf Club in Emirates Hills 2. Emirates Hills is part of the Emirates Living project, which includes The Springs, The Meadows, and The Lakes, all of them neighboring Emirates Hills.
Upon its establishment in 2003, Emirates Hills was the first community to offer freehold property in Dubai, selling plots of land ranging from 12,000 square feet to 58,000 square feet on which owners could build their dream homes overlooking the lush fairways of the Montgomerie Golf Course.

Beautiful community, but come in with your eyes open. Everything is a drive; there's no corner shop. Worth it if you want privacy above all else.

Drove through on a quiet weekday morning - genuinely peaceful, golf course views from several streets, feels worlds away from central Dubai despite the location. Nearest supermarket is a proper drive either way.
