The building is 10 years old but features the space and high-quality finishing that Dubai so frequentlky used to offer around then. Currently a lot of new buildings are put up quickly, with low quality finishing so that they can be sold cheap. Golden Mile is a class above lots of new developments and a great community to live in with beaches, park and now Nakheel Mall.
