I like Building 6 as its quiet and private. Its located at the end and next to a hotel... with privacy for at least half of the building. The biggest draw is the underground access to the Mall... which is a gamechanger... especially in the summer. Security are friendly and the pool area has recently been upgraded.

The accessibility to the Nakheel Mall and West Beach makes this a very lively and exciting place to live. The apartments are extremely spacious and bright and the sea views are excellent. There's also great connectivity to The Atlantis, The Pointe, and the Dubai Metro through the Palm Monorail.

Living 7 years in this building with my family proves how happy we have been here. Building 5 is for me the best due to its location and the stunning views from our A type. Plus, which is for me paramount - as a Commercial Pilot who needs good rest at any time of the day -, it is surely from far the most silent of the 6 buildings. Indeed, it is far from roads and traffic, other neighbouring buildings or residences, but more importantly from the EMPOWER A/C Facilities whose noise is not pleasant at night and can be disturbing for other buildings close to them.. And, cherry on the cake, the access to the new Nakheel Mall almost if front of this building makes it even better than others!

Been living there more than 6 years, Premium location and great building, the building is attached to Nakheel mall, just few step from the parking lot and you are at the mall. Maintenance is 5* , great service from the security.

Great building right next to west beach and nakheel mall. Apartments are spacious with amazing views. Guest parking can get a little busy.

I am living in this building since 2019 and I haven't had any issues in any aspect like maintenance, security, traffic, or other matters. Nakheel has renovated Gym and swimming pool last year and in the matter of guest parking, building 4 is in the corner and it is very close to the free parking area on the backside. Another positive point of the Marina residences complex is direct access to Nakheel mall from the parking which is fantastic
