Amazing community, family friendly, on the beach, tons of fun options nearby. Walkable on the park . Best place I've ever lived in. I wouldn't live anywhere else

Al Tamr's location is amazing: close to the quiet beach, West Beach, the park and Nakheel Mall. It's one of the only walkable areas in Dubai and has access to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The park is very family friendly.
