This is actually still an upcoming place; a lot of construction is still ongoing, which can be an issue for some residents. But overall, the connectivity is really good to E311 and E11, and it's a good family-friendly space to stay.

Been living at Sherena Residence for the past 3 years plus, Majan neighbourhood itself is a great place to live and raise a family. You got all the facilities you need around you at your disposal, and with good traffic conditions, you can get anywhere you want in 20 minutes. My only complain of the building would be the thin walls, but apart from that; all is great and especially the Pool.
