HAWKINS REAL ESTATE (HRE) is a British expat owned company specialising in Dubai, European & UK properties and investments.
HRE was established in early 2016 as a RERA licensed company in Dubai. Its founder started as a broker back in 2012 for one of largest leading real estate companies in Dubai, and quickly saw an opportunity for his investors to widen their portfolio into the Northern Emirate.
As the US Dollar was dropping against the GBP and Euro, the founder being an experienced Forex trader turned the attention of his investors towards Europe and the UK. With his experience in the property markets, and utilizing a 3rd party FX service the founder saw he could take advantage of the currency exchange rates and create new investment opportunities for his clients.
