Luxurious looking, this unit has definitely one the best view in Dubai.

You can reach Dubai Mall in about 5 minute walk.
You will find a carrefour market on the other side of the street in about 2 min walk. This unit is located at the Burj Royale (Emaar). The building was handover in 2023 and has great amenities.

The unit is on a high floor (above 40). Everything is included for a comfortable stay:

Tea, salt and pepper, Coffee, coffee machine, all kitchen items for cooking (pots and pans, good quality knifes, cutting board, pizza pan, toaster, kettle, microwave, cooker, wine glasses, dish drying rack and more!)

You will have towels, bathroom rug, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, washing machine, drying rack for clothes, iron, iron board, steamer, hair dryer.

There are 2 tv in the unit: 50 inches in one bedroom and 65 inches in the living room. It’s a smart tv and you can connect to your favorite apps/channel online.

This unit has 1 indoor parking spot included.

Each missing card will be charged at 300 AED.

Cleaning included 1 time per week.

In Stay Cleaning is not included and can be offered at a low price of 60 aed per hour per cleaner. If you need laundry done outside, you can request it to us and we will provide you with laundry companies that can assist you with this. The unit has cleaning and laundry supplies for your needs.
