Alkhail Gate community was very good before 1 year with strict regulations for parking and good family atmosphere but now adays lot bachelors are staying in sharing accommodation, you will find of crowd in lift and outside, making noise, making dirty surrounding with lot of outthrows, Illegals visitors are creating nuisance and community residentials are feeling insecure, Parking is big issue again, improper parking, parking behind vehicles and blocking their movements, lot of parked vehicles even on pavements. You will find heavy vehicles at parking lot. Kind request to Community Management to take up this seriously and request to take corrections actions against this problem.

There is room at 1-15 310 . There's is so many partion and illigal business is going on please Dubai properties should take action..

Al Khail Gate used to be clean and with peaceful community for families but NOT any more. Most of the Flats are being shared by many bachelors hence very crowded. The common areas are not clean - specially the lift area and even the outside the buildings. Finding a parking space for a resident is a nightmare. No solution from the Management. Even heavy traffic due to RTA being moved out and all big transport vehicles like Lorries / buses are parked inside the community hence no parking for the residents.

Myself & Family staying here in Al Khailgate Phase 1 2 Bedroom Appartment for the last 11 years. We are here from the beginning. While we take flat here there was nothing . It was like Dubai city in early 70's. But now Al Khailgate became a paradise. We love staying here . No need to go outside community for shopping or eating. We got everything here inside. And also park here good for families. Kids can play & also we can walk during evenings.

I have been living here for more than 10 years & living here has been a dream its 10 mins from dubai mall & mall of emirates its centrally located with very dirt cheap deals you get in shopping from Al Madina shaklan grand mall bluemart lively food restaurants clinics hospitals pharmacies exchanges atms everything available

This is area is good for family and bachelors. There are supermarket near by and public transport is very accessible. However, parking is EXPENSIVE.

Security alarm ring often not repair and maintained after several call to complaint no action taken. due to extension work polluted complete with dust and noise around. parking space not allocated find difficult to park the car. monopoly supermarket pricing is to high compared with other.

Easy access to the highways and transportation. They should not let outside buses and vans to use the community main road. This will minimize the traffic. Mix up of family and company accomodations should also be look into
