Good Location, Great New Building
Was very impressed with the finish quality and views of Canal.
Really nice pool and gym, with a multi sports court too.
AC not included, but AC bills have been reasonable.
Building is new and finished in high standard
Just moved to Marquise square. If you like tasteful living and would pay for a supreme quality of life, this is the place to be.
