Ocean Heights

The quality of the Ocean Height tower is of 5 stars, the view is fantastic especially with the sunset from our terrace and the Palm view. The place is conveniently located near the exit roundabout to Sheikh Zayed Road with no traffic. Below our tower and in the neighbouring, we have supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Finally, the metro stop station just below our building. We are indeed very lucky!

Simply amazing. It's like living in a luxury hotel. Great swimming pool, Yacuzzi. Great maintenance. Close to the beach, supermarket, metro, tram, restaurants. Excellent tower in the heart of Dubai Marina. One of the few!!!!

Very nice building. Great facilities. Friendly concierge staff. Very clean and well kept. However maintenance team are quick to take short cuts to avoid work. Main management company are shocking as they completely ignore emails. Have had a shocking experience. They seem to take care of the common areas well but don't expect an honest approach if the issue is inside the apartment.

Ocean Heights is an 83 story supertall skyscraper in the heart of Dubai Marina. Located in a very pedestrian friendly area - both Dubai Media City and the beach are just a few minutes walk away. For longer journeys the Mina Seyahi Dubai Tram Station is next-door and access to the main roadways including Sheikh Zayed Road and Hessa Street are just minutes from the parking garage. Inside the building, the glittering lobby adorned with ornate blue and gold marble may be too ostentatious for some tastes; however, the reception and security staff are friendly, professional and happy to assist you. The gym has recently been expanded and modernized (as of 2015) and the Olympic-size, resort style pool is among the best in the Marina - offering excellent sun in the afternoon and early evening with plenty of sunbeds to go around. Additional amenities such as a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are all well within the standards of the rest of the residential buildings in the Marina. The lobby operates two separate sets of lifts servicing different floors which eases the congestion during busy times. Apartments range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms with the average floor having 7 different apartments per floor. Some apartments enjoy sea-facing and Palm Jumeirah views while others face the back and sides of the tower and overlook other buildings. Due to the unique curvature of the tower, certain architectural elements related to the layout are somewhat unusual. For instance, many of the apartments are rhombus-shaped, meaning it is not uncommon to have entire rooms without a single 90-degree corner. This can make it more challenging for placing furniture and organizing your living space – but does add an element of eccentricity not found in most other developments. The main living areas and bedrooms are spacious and well thought out. The standard kitchens are either white or red cabinets with black marble countertops. The quality is decent (not great) and it is a modern, refreshing change from the standard dark wood kitchen cabinetry. All apartments (including 1 bedrooms) offer a guest bathroom and all of the master bathrooms feature bowl sinks, marble-clad walls and Jacuzzi bathtubs. Air conditioning/chiller is included in the building, so as a tenant your only utility costs are DEWA and du. Overall this is a high-end luxury tower maintained to the highest standards with most residents in their 20s and 30s in an ideal location with facilities that can't be beat. The traffic can be difficult at times - particularly at rush hour, but with shopping, dining and the beach all within walking distance - you may find yourself spending less time in traffic and more time enjoying the lifestyle that Marina living has to offer.
