Ocean Heights

Only been living here a month but the apartment is amazing, the best view of the Palm. The staff are so friendly and really safe. Easy to get onto the motorway and fairly easily to grab a taxi right outside. The team is a 30second walk away. All in all, a great home in the marina

Very good price/performance, ultra modern design, luxury building with swimming pool, barbecue area, steam room, sauna, gym with state-of.the-art equipment.

Well the building is well maintained and one of my favorite as well only the problem is the guest parking and some of the apartment inside the building has very strange layout.

Amazing location and views. Well run and maintained. Great facilities. Poor apartment design and finish. Inflexible parking rules and contingency.

The views from the front of the building are fantastic, the finishing of the units is poor, the maintenance system needs to be improved dramatically, it's very difficult to report something and to get through to the maintenance team. The pool area is very nice, and the location is great.
