Sulafa Tower

The building next door is a constant nuisance, causing traffic.

The building feels a bit dated, but the amenities are great. Traffic is an issue though

The parking facilities and gym equipment need a major overhaul

I want o buy one bdr. apartment there but is quit difficult to find on good price .

Its ok not great, the interior ,the Flats, the Gym...all is from the Past. Constructionareas arround are very loud. The Managment are ignorant. The Maintanance its Bad. But the Security its good. Nice Guys.

I love my home,modern,comfortable and friendly

Clean tower. Gym is good but pool is not great, it is under cover and not somewhere you would want to sit and relax but is good if you just want to swim. No areas for children. No outdoor areas. Parking good for apartment but NO guest parking. Security and staff are good. No noise from other apartments, some noise from road and building works

The tower is high up to date with service and management care, excellent to invest or rent in/out, as well location within dubai marina first second row sea view

Everything in the building is excellent but no guess parking

The apartments are amazing and spacious, BUT the security are entitled way beyond any imagination. Not only are they rude, but downright impossible to deal with. Something could be done about it, OH and there is NO parking for guests, so come in a taxi.
