The Gate Tower 3

I have moved from the US to gate  tower 3.
Unfortunately... very disappointed and unhappy. 
I can not go to bed without loud noise. Very loud neighbors with absolutely no consecration for thier neighbors. I'm struggling with my night sleep and I can not focus on my work, because of the constantly noises around me.  I will definitely move out of this place. Not to mention,  abut the unfriendly neighbors, everyone looks angry and mean for no reason. 
Is not worthy to live here.  
Diffently I will be moving out next month. 

If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation. 
Diffently not here.

Very disappointed and I will not recommend 

I have been living in this building for 4 years and I never regretted my decision. it is one of the best communities to live in abu dhabi.

I’m living in the property for 3+ years and I hardly find anything not working properly in this community, supper clean, spacious, well maintained and one of the best community in Abu Dhabi. Some people might talk about the lift challenges but it’s nothing over what you enjoy here. Just go ahead if you’re looking for it.

I recently had the privilege of residing in a flat in a premium area of Abu Dhabi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. This residence flat building truly stands out in every aspect.nFirst and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of the city's most coveted neighborhood, it offers easy access to upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment options of Boutik Mall and Reem Mall. The convenience of having everything within walking distance cannot be overstated.nThe building itself exudes luxury from the moment you step through the elegant lobby. The attention to detail in the design is remarkable, with modern architecture seamlessly blending with the surrounding urban landscape. It's a true testament to thoughtful urban planning.nInside the flat, it was met with spaciousness and a tasteful interior. The open floor plan allowed for a comfortable flow from the living area to the well-appointed kitchen, which featured high-end appliances and sleek finishes. Natural light streamed in through large windows, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline.nOne standout feature was the amenities offered within the building. Social events and gatherings organized by the building management fostered a sense of belonging.nIn conclusion, the Gate Tower residence flat was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for an extraordinary living experience in a prime location, I wholeheartedly recommend considering this residence flat building. It truly sets the standard for upscale urban living.

I am here in UAE for morethan 8years now and since 1Yr I am staying in the Gate Tower 3. The way it is maintained and the experience of all aminities are satisfying. Yes elevator is sometimes busy but i hardly wait 5mins 2-3times a month and thats during rush hours only. Else, the living experence in the community is way joyful and the elevators issue is too small for it. 

I've just moved in and I feel that this is one of the best communities in Abu Dhabi and I've lived in AD for 8 years!
The apartments are well kept, maintenance has been fantastic and the amenities are great. The only issues are the elevators can be super busy and the price of guest parking...it's ridiculous, not only for Tower 3 but for the entire Gate Community.

Al Reem Island

Perfect place for working couples or families 

Great waterfront living with excellent amenities like Reem Central Park and nearby malls. Traffic on the bridges can be annoying during rush hour, but the convenience and vibrant community feel make it totally worth it.

Excellent peaceful area to live with surrounding waters all side. Great place with many parks and play areas for kids, family friendly, pet friendly. High rise buildings with great view.
