Standpoint Tower 2

Affordable price and super quality at Standpoint Tower 2, where we lived.
It is  luxery downtown next to famose Burj Khalifa,  all necessary services,  shoppings,  restaurants,  metro and public transport are very close.  At the same time it is came place to sleep because double glasses window protect from outside. Surely recommend to all!

I've had an experience to live in Standpoint Tower2  and  can reccomend that place as the best and comfortable convinient and affordable price with high quality.

1 min from opera dubai, 2 min from burj Khalifa and 5 min from dxb mall, all walking distances. 

I’ve been a resident since 2015. Very good location in downtown with walking distance to the mall, opera, F&amp;B. The security and reception are excellent and responsive. Main downside is the noise from the street from stupid loud cars and construction. Apartments are good.

You are surrounded by non stop noise, the building is totally surrounded by construction from all angles and access to the building is painful because of traffic and construction. Easily the worse building on the the boulevard.

Very good staffs,gym and swimming pool are good.

Downtown Dubai

Downtown Dubai is very glitz and glam, it leans fully into that polished, high-end lifestyle and doesn’t really try to be anything else.

You’re surrounded by some of the city’s most premium spots, from upscale restaurants to clubs, and being right next to Burj Khalifa honestly never gets old, it always has that awe factor no matter how many times you see it. With The Dubai Mall just there as well, everything feels very elevated and very convenient at the same time.

There’s no shortage of lifestyle options either. Gyms, Pilates studios, yoga spaces, all very much on the fancier side, so if you’re into that kind of routine, it’s all right there and done well.

That said, it definitely comes at a price. It’s an expensive area to live in, and that extends beyond just rent, even everyday things like groceries feel noticeably higher. It’s not somewhere you move to for value, it’s more about the experience and the lifestyle.

Overall, if premium living is what you’re into, Downtown Dubai absolutely delivers. It’s a bit over the top, but that’s kind of the point.

Downtown is good for easy access to different roads, burj views and traffic during peak hours, its easy access to metro and mall

Has high end restaurants and recreational activities. Best place to enjoy Dubai city luxurious lifestyle and amenities. It is a busy area so except more traffic.
