Noise - maybe. Not bothering if closed balcony. I lived 38 floor. Maybe noisy if below. 
A/C- very good. Maintenance of building - average. Not very fast at your requests. My two kids had a lot of places to play outside. As JBR has its own podium - like separate walk above JBR walk. 
A lot of Russians. Always nice to meet them and talk. Close to restaurants and blue waters. 
Pool- average. Nothing superior in it. 
Security - useless. If your parking slot occupied - they can’t do anything. 

We moved in to our home 4 years ago &amp; it turned out to be a blessing considering we spent Covid into this building without any unpleasant incident. Blue Water Island &amp; Dubai Eye has certainly added more shine to JBR especially to Amwaj 4. The entry/exit is the best in the whole JBR/Dubai Marina as it doesn't take long even during peak time traffic. Pool, Gym, Dog Park are well maintained &amp; for fireworks during festivities you just need to walk 1 minute. A Perfect Home.

Lived here for 4 years and enjoyed every second of it..proximity to the beach just across the road, JBR walk which is always 'alive' and by far the most happenin spots in Dubai 365 days of the year.. Also new entrants like the ZipLine make it popular..The podium level including the gym has been recently renovated, and there is still lost more in progress - bark parks etc..so all in all fun times . whether u r family or single.
Lastly on traffic, since Amway cluster is almost at the end of JBR, you can hop on the flyover to escape usual JBR traffic which otherwise can be a nightmare on weekends...and of course the tram is a few steps away from Amwaj !!

Amazing location, having the beach, the Tram and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket around, the easiest access to sheik zayed road of JBR, makes it an amazing location amongst JBR buildings.

Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) has one of the best vibes in Dubai, especially if you’re into that beach lifestyle. It’s right on the water, so you literally walk out of your building and you’re on a wide sandy beach with all kinds of activity around you. The Boardwalk is a highlight, stretching along the beach with cafés, restaurants, ice cream spots and casual hangouts. Everything feels lively and social, it works for quick coffee runs or nights out, and it’s clearly curated with thought, it doesn’t feel like it’s copying any other premium area.

Parking is the biggest challenge, it’s almost always paid, and tickets are expensive. Traffic is heavy around the area almost all the time, which is something to be aware of. The restaurants and cafés are more premium, and a lot of tourists like to be here since it’s one of the hotspots, so it’s busy, especially in the cooler months.

As a place to live, it’s energetic and fun, not quiet. You’ve got music, people walking by, deliveries, beach activity pretty much every day, so it’s more energy than calm. If you’re into the active beach lifestyle, café culture, and want somewhere scenic and lively, JBR really delivers. You do pay for it, but it’s worth it if that’s the lifestyle you want.

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a great place to live by the beach. It has nice views, many restaurants, and a fun atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying a relaxed lifestyle.

JBR has many tall buildings and has famous restaurants and recreational hubs. Its always crowded as its a central hub and easy to commute to most of the company offices located in the close vicinity. Highly recommend for the people who love luxurious surrounding with view of water and beach nearby. You get to many places with metro and even within walking distance. Kids get to play in the parks and walking areas. As the buildings are tall and nearby, some of the buildings does not get ample sunlight, some apartments has good view from the balcony. Most of the apartments are big and most liked by families. Busy area and getting parking is difficult.

Jumeirah Beach Residences is the prime of Dubai Marina - offering quick access to the Jumeirah beach, luxury restaurants and clubs. JBR offers amazing sea side views of Dubai Eye and Palm Jumeirah and hosts some of the tallest residential skyscrapers in Dubai. It is one of the most luxurious residential areas of Dubai as well one of the busiest areas of Dubai. Both tram and metro stations are nearby and the walk, restaurants and gyms are around the marina are also quickly accessible.

However, with the huge amount of tourist footfall in the area everyday, it gets quite crowded and busy during the night. Due to this, the walking accessibility of the area gets compromised duriny the night. 

JBR is a vibrant, lifestyle-driven community suited to both singles and families. It offers a lively atmosphere with plenty of dining options, easy access to JBR Beach and Bluewaters, and is ideal for evening walks along the waterfront. Its close proximity to key destinations like Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah further enhances its appeal for both expats and tourists.
