I have been here for 5 years and I m loving it. I m in a 1 bed apartement and it’s quite spacious and bright. Wardrobe space is another thing I m happy about and the kitchen has been nicely refurbished by the landlord so it looks modern now. 
Only thing there’s construction next to the building so it gets noisy sometimes but it’s only temporary.
 

Been living in this tower since last 2 years and I bet it's the best tower in entire JVC..So spacious and the view is just adorable..Yes not all building management are perfect but am happy with the kind of services we have in this tower..24 hrs Super market, salon, pharmacy everything in vicinity wat else you need..I highly recommend this tower who's looking to have spacious flat in limited budget...

One of the best location in jvc.. Also everything is in vicinity ( supermarket, park garden salon pharmacy). The view is amazing specially during evening time..The best tower in JVC for sure 

I have been living in the building since end 2017, it has surely a spacious layout, specially for a 2 bedrooms with balcony.. the facilities are family friendly and bachelor lifestyle alike .. with many friends and families chilling by the pool. The clean gym is complete, with sparkling clean showers and lockers in the changing rooms.
Kids playing area and BBQ free space on the 4th floor.. with a park across the street.
Having a 24/7 supermarket in the building and ladies saloon and gents barber shop 
located in the building that's super convenient!

Maintenance could be better but effective.

Excellent building and facilities, I am residing for more than 2 years now in 2 bedroom apartment which is exceptional due to its size, maid room, 4 toilets including 2 en-suite.
each room has 2 builtin cupboards which I never saw before.
GYM is very modern, spacious with pool view and landscape is huge with children facilities,
View is superb either Golf View or City view.
Lobby is upscale with modern furniture and access to hypermarket, the building also has beauty salon and hairdresser in ground floor.

 

I am writing this in the hopes that potential future tenants seriously consider other options before moving to this building. It was previously popular because it was one of the last buildings built in JVC that has larger units, as most new construction now is much smaller. 

I have had a very unpleasant year in this residence largely due to the fact that I had an inexperienced landlord, who was unintelligent enough to raise the rent in this kind of climate where prices have decreased, and also because the building's management is horrible, unprofessional and totally disorganized. 

All of their policies are done haphazardly and this has resulted in many tenants having to bear costs for retroactive services that were never made known to any of the tenants. 

There are many other options, avoid this building as it has been nothing but a waste of time and money. 

Jumeirah Village Circle

The unit with the large terrace really caught our attention. It has plenty of space and a maid’s room, and we really liked the practical layout. The shared garden for residents is a nice touch, and the EV charging in the parking area is a great extra for the future.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of the Circle Mall. The apartments with a pool view offer a great view of the Palm, the Burj Al Arab, and Downtown. The quality and fittings are above average, and the amenities are also good and fully sufficient. In summary, it is a good building with excellent 24/7 service and friendly residents.

Nice, peaceful and calm location. Lots of parks, supermarkets, restaurant options. Overall good. Can see a lot of pets.  Traffic is high , but more exits are in master plan when its opened should reduce. Big Nakheel mall is additionally coming. Metro station (Gold line) is coming up by 2029.

This neighborhood is known for its calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to live. It offers plenty of parks and green spaces, perfect for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors without feeling crowded.

One of its biggest advantages is how self-contained it is. You’ll find a wide range of amenities—shops, cafés, and recreational facilities, all within the neighborhood, so there’s rarely a need to go elsewhere.

The only drawback is some traffic during peak hours, but it’s generally manageable and not a major issue.

Overall, it’s a quiet, convenient, and well-equipped place with a high quality of life.

Warm , safe, and friendly neighborhood, I love it. Whatever you need is there, shopping, cafes, and all.

We’ve been living in JVC for about 6 years now. We started off in JVC 2 and recently moved to JVC 1, which is definitely quieter and feels a bit more peaceful.

To be honest, even with the traffic getting in and out during rush hour, we still really love living here. It just has this easy, comfortable vibe that’s hard to explain until you actually experience it. There’s always something going on, but it never feels too busy or overwhelming.

One of the things we enjoy the most is how green and walkable it is. There’s a park almost every kilometre, loads of dog-friendly spots, and it just makes day-to-day life nicer. We’ve gotten into the habit of going for walks in the mornings or evenings, and it’s genuinely one of our favourite parts of living here. The parks have also been upgraded recently, with more sports facilities like basketball courts, padel, cricket nets, and more, which has been great to see.

Everything you need is pretty much around you. There are so many food options, all kinds of cuisines, plus salons, small shops, printing places, and all the usual essentials. Circle Mall is super convenient too. Nesto is great for groceries, and there are plenty of cafes and little spots when you need something quick or last-minute.

There’s also a nice social side to JVC. Places like Goose Island and McCafferty’s, along with all the brunch spots, mean you don’t really have to leave the area for a good night out. It’s especially nice for young couples or anyone who wants that social life without being in the middle of the chaos.

What we’ve really come to appreciate over time is the community itself. People are generally friendly, things feel calm, and overall, it feels safe. It’s one of those places where you settle into a routine quite naturally.

If there’s one thing we’d hope to see improve, it would be getting in and out of JVC. Traffic during peak times can be a bit frustrating, and having more entry and exit points would make a big difference. Public transport is still quite limited too, so you do end up relying on driving or taxis. That said, it’s nice to see that things are improving, with new traffic signals going in and roads being upgraded across different areas.

Overall, JVC has been a really great place for us. It just feels easy to live here, and that’s probably the best way to describe it.
