Burj Views B

Burj views is one of the oldest Emaar building in DownTown but thanks to grate maintanance in perfect condition. Facilities inside the building are amazing. Location is premium with easy access to Al Khail road. Walking distance to Dubai Mall, 7 minutes walk. Only problem is noise from basement due to The fitness lab. 

Tower is very nice and we'll maintained but there is a lot of notice from constructions around and loud cars passing by.

Good and big apartment. gym and pools are perfect

Being on the permiter of downtown you have easy access to Al Khail road should you choose to avoid the downtown boulevard morning traffic

Everything is great from the facilities to the near by amenities and the staff

Downtown Dubai is very glitz and glam, it leans fully into that polished, high-end lifestyle and doesn’t really try to be anything else.

You’re surrounded by some of the city’s most premium spots, from upscale restaurants to clubs, and being right next to Burj Khalifa honestly never gets old, it always has that awe factor no matter how many times you see it. With The Dubai Mall just there as well, everything feels very elevated and very convenient at the same time.
