Hotel-grade bed linen, towels, initial toiletries like shampoo and soap are provided, and complimentary tea and coffee to get you started. The Beach City Supermarket, is just a 9-minute walk away for your convenience. Please note that guests must provide their home address, email address, and passport copies for all booking members at least 24 hours before check-in; failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

SOFA BED:
NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please note that there is a deposit amount of 1000 AED refundable upon check-out subject to property inspection.
2- Check-in is at 03:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
3- A cleaning fee of 490 AED will be collected for cleaning before check-in
