Silverene Tower B

There is constant construction in this building. In the three years I've lived here, there's been an apartment renovation into an Airbnb or a facilities upgrade happening every month. Building management keeps telling me it will stop, but it never does. I initially assumed that once everything was finished, no new work would be needed for years but that hasn't been the case either. The elevators have been redone twice since I moved in, as have the common areas. All the apartments are aging and have recurring issues (water heaters, etc.), so repairs are constant. I'm moving at the end of the month to a newer tower where apartments don't need this level of work.

So quiet, great security, limited traffic

Very noisy tower, delivery service trucks come and go whenever they want, doesn’t matter if its during a deep night or not. Clamorous traffic around doesn’t help it either. Walls inside aren’t insulated enough, you hear your neighbours what they are up to, stopping you from sleep properly. 
Had I known that all before I would ve never moved in here. Unfortunately have to stay here for a while until my tenancy expires, cant wait. Location is so so, indeed its a heart of marina and amenites are at hand, but getting to that place easily is a nightmare considering gridlocked streets around, not to mention public parkings available and no guest parking available. Don’t recommend Silverene at all . 

One of the top end Tower in Dubai Marina with fantastic facilities. Easy access to sheikh Zayed within one signal and access to Beach.

Amazing location, very clean and well maintained. The whole team from the reception to the security are very friendly and polite. Is ideally located for best access to Marina Promenade, Dubai Marina Mall and Carrefour and even across the bridge to hottest spot in JBR. No traffic to get in / out. 
High quality construction and finishing, apartments are full of light, well isolated (heat, noise, dust). Definitely first choice on buildings in Dubai Marina.

Love the fact that I am walking distance to the beach/marina mall/metro/superstore. Easy access to sheikh zayed which avoids all traffic.
Very well maintained building, with super helpful management. 

Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is a beautiful place with amazing waterfront views, great restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It's perfect for a walk, relaxing, or enjoying the city skyline.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult.

Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February.

If you understand the pros and cons of it. 

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families 

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers.

The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot.

Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
